'Dirty Pretty Things announce Dublin date' image

Dirty Pretty Things have confirmed a date at Dublin's Ambassador Theatre for next month.

Carl Barât's outfit will showcase tunes from their forthcoming second album when they grace the venue on May 31.

The album will be released in June and is rumoured to be titled 'This is Where the Truth Begins'. It was recorded in LA with Barât commenting of the recording "it was intense; we broke up and reformed a few times. Everyone got kicked out at least once. At one point it was just Gary (Powell, drums) left."

Tickets priced €30.50 are on-sale from tomorrow (April 09).
